How do I set up a personal account?

Once you’ve created your profile, it’s easy to set up a personal account.

1. Simply log in to the platform and click on the "Personal" tab on the menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
2. From here, click on the "Set up a personal account" button.
3. Complete the online form and submit your application. 

In order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements, you’ll need to tell us a bit about how you wish to use our service. We’ll ask you how many payments you expect to make per year, your average payment size and why you’re making these payments. This information helps us spot any unusual activity on your account, which can help protect you from fraud.
