Are wallets the same as a bank account?

No, wallets are not the same as a bank account. Users receive and make payments and will have their own IBAN, but it is not a bank account and doesn't have bank account functionality such as direct debits, cards, loan facilities etc. 

However your funds are held in segregated client accounts at all times, so they are always safe and secure regardless of how much you hold with us.
