What documents do I need to set up a profile?

To set up your profile, we’ll need to know a little bit about you. This will include:

• Name
• Address
• Date of birth

We will also ask for some documents to verify your personal details. Required documentation can vary depending on the country you’re registering from:

• One proof of identity document. Please ensure it is a clear original coloured photo, showing the full ID document with all edges visible, no shadows and no glare.
  • Passport
  • National Identity Card (Front and back)

  • Driving Licence (Front and back)

    One proof of address document. This can be a PDF download or a scan or photo of the original document dated within the past three months. 

  • Bank statement
  • Utility bill (not a mobile telephone bill)
  • Tax notification (council tax or income tax)
  • Mortgage statement
  • Credit card statement
  • Residency card
